Under the current circumstances of COVID 19, most of us are working from home. This can be really difficult, especially if you are used to an ergonomically supported workplace. Today, our friends at @orangeboxltd have shared an excellent document on wireless working. This includes exercises you can do right at your workstation from office to home. Sitting for long periods of time can be uncomfortable so put them into practice and see if you can feel the benefit!

Self care shouldn’t be a luxury but an essential part of your day to stay healthy, work efficiently and feel happy.
