This represents phase one of Wales' first science park, known as M-SParc, and it is operated by Bangor University. It offers 31,200 sq ft of leasable space, which includes 45 office spaces ranging in size from 156 sq ft to 2,690 sq ft, 23 laboratories, and two double-height workshops. In collaboration with Faulkner Browns Architects and the main contractor, Willmott Dixon, we designed an eclectic furniture scheme for the main entrance communal space and the corresponding bookable meeting spaces. By working closely with our supply chain, we tailored products specifically for the project, including the large Orangebox Lano boardroom table with a marble top.
