City Hall

In 2021, Workpattern collaborated with FaulknerBrowns Architects to furnish the new Sunderland City Hall for Sunderland City Council. This landmark project was designed to create a modern, vibrant workspace that reflects the forward-thinking ethos of the city. Our role was to provide high-quality furniture solutions that align with the architectural vision and meet the diverse needs of the council's employees.

We successfully managed the installation of high-end contract furniture, ensuring every piece met the stringent quality and design standards required for this prestigious project. Additionally, we provided bespoke furniture and lighting solutions designed by the architect, tailored to fit specific areas and enhance the building's unique aesthetic.

Our team worked closely with the architects to understand their requirements and ensure our furniture complemented the building's contemporary design. The installation included a range of versatile workstations, collaborative areas, focus booths and breakout spaces, all designed to foster productivity and enhance the work environment.

Our focus was on delivering furniture that not only looks aesthetically pleasing but also supports the well-being and efficiency of the users. We are proud to have contributed to this award winning project that is set to become a central hub for the community and a model for future municipal buildings.
